Directing Your Gift

Your gift can be directed to one or more program areas that align with your charitable interests. The Optical Society of America will match your contribution 100% with a donation to the General Fund.    

Annual Campaign contributions, directed to the General Fund,
provide ongoing support for programs that support our mission. Our Board of Directors allocate these resources by taking into consideration where they are needed most and where they will have the greatest impact.  

Awards and Honors are a highly visible and lasting way to acknowledge outstanding individuals. Gifts may be directed to an existing award endowment or the General Award Endowment fund. Proposals may also be made to fund the establishment of new awards or honors.  Please contact our staff for details.
