Tribute Gifts
Your donation may be made in honor or memory of an individual or to mark a special occasion. These contributions may be directed to an OSAF program fund, award or current campaign. New tribute programs may also be established. Contact our staff for details. As a valued OSA Foundation contributor, you will receive special recognition and acknowledgement unless, of ourse, you choose to remain anonymous. Contact the OSA Foundation for details. Donations may be made online, by mail or fax. All donations are matched 100% by the OSA and are tax deductible as provided by law. OSAF General Fund - Supports a wide range of philanthropic activities. Awards and Honors - Provides support to individual award endowments or the Awards General Fund which finances recognition programs. Current Campaigns - Directs contributions toward any current campaign in progress. Contributions to the OSA Foundation, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, are deductible as provided by law. All donors receive special recognition and acknowledgements, unless they request to be anonymous. All donations to the OSA Foundation are matched dollar-for-dollar by the Optical Society of America.
