Information Collection The OSA Foundation (OSAF) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.osa-foundation.org and affiliated sites. The OSAF collects information at several different points on the Web site.
Periodically, an individual must complete a grant application or event submission form to apply for funding or request that an event be posted on the OSAF Web site. These forms require the individual to give contact information. This information is used to contact the requestor about the grant or event.
While making a contribution, a donor is asked to provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to acknowledge the donation. If there is a problem processing a donation, the information may be used to contact the donor.
